Welcome to Massage Therapist. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional massage therapy and related wellness services. All treatments are provided by qualified practitioners. The specific services available may vary and can be updated at any time.

Massage therapy is non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due.

2. Booking & Appointments

2.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2 Confirmation

You will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

3.1 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To avoid fees, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

3.2 Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged a fee up to the full session price.

3.3 No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you may be charged the full session fee and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.

4. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full session fee still applies.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is accurate

  • You will disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies

  • You will follow safety and aftercare instructions

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent where required)

You must not attend your appointment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose medical conditions.

We may decline to provide treatment if:

  • Massage is contraindicated for your condition

  • We believe treatment is unsafe or inappropriate

  • Behaviour is inappropriate or violates professional boundaries

7. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the appointment.

Refunds are issued only in accordance with our cancellation policy or in cases where we must cancel your appointment.

Gift cards, packages, or memberships may have their own terms and expiration dates.

8. Packages, Memberships & Gift Cards

Where applicable:

  • Memberships renew according to the schedule shown at purchase

  • Unused sessions do not automatically roll over unless specified

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may expire according to local laws

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

9. Code of Conduct

We provide a safe, professional environment for all clients and staff. The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Sexual behaviour or remarks

  • Harassment or abusive conduct

  • Recording without consent

  • Theft or property damage

Violation may result in refusal of service and, if necessary, legal action.

10. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or misuse website content

  • Attempt to disrupt website functionality

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

We may revise website content or policies at any time.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Massage Therapist is not liable for:

  • Personal injury resulting from undisclosed medical conditions

  • Loss of personal property

  • Misuse of advice or aftercare information

  • Website downtime or errors

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
